We provide physiotherapy to infants, children, and teenagers. Our physiotherapy program involves hands-on therapy, play therapy, and games designed to address development delays, and specific congenital or childhood injuries!

Located in Bayview Village, Blue Space Clinic Physiotherapy is a boutique clinic, proud to serve the community of Toronto, North York, and GTA!

A word from our founder:

Recognizing the unique needs of babies, kids, and teens, we nurture and care our tiny patients in a fun and engaging manner.

Our rehabilitation program aims to allow every child to meet their full movement and physical potential:  enhance mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, endurance, gross motor skills, cognition, motor planning, confidence, and motivation!

Children with lifelong conditions, or those recovering from injuries or seeking to improve their athletic performance, will benefit from our program and our creative and compassionate approach to rehabilitation.

Does your child need Physiotherapy?

Why a child/ teenager might need physiotherapy:

Children may need rehabilitation to recover from a specific injury. medical condition, or improve overall strength or development!

Babies might need physiotherapy for several reasons, including:

  • Torticollis or tightness in neck muscles, causing a preference to turn the head one way
  • Flattening of the skull, either on one side (plagiocephaly) or across the back (brachycephaly)
  • Birth injuries, such as nerve damage near the neck
  • Chromosomal abnormalities like Spinal Muscle Atrophy, Down Syndrome, and other conditions
  • Hypotonia or low muscle tone, making babies feel “floppy” and struggle with motor skills
  • Gross motor delays, such as delays in rolling, crawling, sitting, etc.
  • Prevention of motor development issues through early intervention
